We were to be picked at the Zurich Airport at 5:00 pm then our flight was cancelled. With a new schedule, I telephoned Customer Service and they took our new flight information and the driver was there to pick us up at 9:46. We were so relieved to see him and he took us directly to our hotel in Basel.
