The driver was prompt and was defiantly helpful and chatty. He helped us with some recommendations all of which were good and also let us have a nice nap on the way to the hotel after a gruelling day getting to Switzerland. For the return transfer to Zurich, the driver has accepted to drop us off at the Crowne Plaza Hôtel instead of the Zurich Airport. Indeed, we wanted a day to visit the city of Zurich.
