The driver was waiting for us when we arrived in Basel and took my luggage. He ensured we were comfortable before he set off on the journey to our hotel. He drove very smoothly - I felt very safe in his car. Once at the area of our hotel, he left his car, carried my luggage to a convenient point in front of our hotel and left us there. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

The journey from Geneva to Lausanne was delayed massively by an accident so the traffic heading to Lausanne was at snails pace.The driver kept his carm in an excellent manner.Under normal circumstances,any of us driving would probably be saying the odd curse word!He was very good.
