Our driver Yohann was superb. We arrived in Geneva airport and our luggage didn't. He waited patiently and then helped us as we were sent from desk to desk by less helpful Swissport and easyjet staff. He chatted to us en route and returned at the end of the week to collect us letting us know where and when he would be waiting for us. Great service.
