The driver was a little late due to an issue beyond his control but both your office and the driver contacted me. Also I had had to find a key for our apartment in Annecy, he waited a few minutes until I came back to make sure my wife was OK and that we entered the building.

we landed at the airport and went for our bags. Only one bag arrived so we had to find out where to go to put in a claim or find our other bag. this took time and my phone was not working. So when we finally left the main part of airport, we found that our driver was still there. Very happy that h . good ride to hotel. luggage did show up day and a half later.

Very good communication. The company was already aware of a change in the pick-up time when our flight was delayed. Friendly, helpful drivers. The driver who picked us up from the airport gave us bottles of cold water for the journey and was a very good conversationalist. The driver who picked us up to take us to the airport was punctual and let us know when he arrived.
